No. The tool provides preliminary guidance only. All suggested causes and directions must be validated against your actual formulation, application, specifications, and test data before any change is made. The tool never presents results as confirmed causes or guaranteed outcomes.

What if my problem type is not in the knowledge base yet?

Accepted Answer

Some problem categories are still being added to our technical knowledge base. If your problem has not yet been technically reviewed, the tool will tell you honestly rather than guess, and invite you to request technical help directly from a specialist.

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. You can run a basic assessment without creating an account. If you need further help, you can submit a technical assessment request with your contact details and one of our specialists will be in touch.

What happens to the information I provide?

When you request technical help, your case details are stored securely in the Meecarigno Management App for review by our technical team. When you run a diagnosis without submitting, the problem description is processed to generate your results but no personal data is stored unless you explicitly consent.
